1. Can I change the delivery address?<\/strong>
\nYes – Prior to Shipment.<\/p>\n

Please note that changing the shipping location after order placement will cause delays on your shipment. It is important that you let us know of an address change as soon as possible after your order is placed, as we cannot reroute a package once it has left our facility.<\/p>\n

If the item has left one of our facilities, you can email shop@revolutionmagazines.com and provide us with the information, we will assist in having the package rerouted to your new address.<\/p>\n

2. When will my order be shipped?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once the product has been received in our facility, your order will ship within 2 weeks.<\/p>\n

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered to a PO Box or APO\/FPO addresses.<\/p>\n

3. How do I track my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon receiving your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. As soon as your watch ships, a tracking number will be shared. Due to the value of the package, an adult signature is required for all packages upon delivery.<\/p>\n

4. Do you ship internationally?<\/strong><\/p>\n

REVOLUTION fulfils and ship orders around the world, with the exception of China, Russia and India.<\/p>\n

What about duties and customs fees?<\/p>\n

REVOLUTION is required to declare the retail value of the timepiece(s) or item(s) in the shipment. International shipments are subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country, and any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Please be reminded that we are unable to ship items to China, Russia and India.<\/p>\n

5. Where can I get my invoice for my purchase?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once your purchase is made, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email.<\/p>\n

6. Can I self-collect my watch at your office?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, please input our address upon checking out:
\n5 Jalan Kilang, #04-01, The Mill, Singapore 159405. Please note that handling fees will still apply for the original purchase.<\/p>\n

7. I am an international buyer. Does your price include VAT?<\/strong><\/p>\n
